All payment services are provided by Mollie payments. If it isn't possible for you to use any of these payment options, please contact us at: info@funfetti.nl so we can find a solution with you.

 


Returning service: 

Due to European regulations for internet sales, All European customers have a 14 days returning option. Before returning your order, please contact us at klantenservice@toois.nl. We will send you the returning instructions.

 

Returning conditions:

  • The order has to be returned within 14 days after receipt of this order. All costs of returning the items have to be paid by the costumer. 
  • The items have to be returned in the original packaging, unopened and in mint condition. We advise you to keep the original packaging for 14 days.
  • A copy of the original invoice should be sent with the returned items.
  • Shipping risk of returned orders is always for the customers risk.
  • The respons periond for returned items is a maximum of 10 working days.
  • Administration and handling costs can be charged for returned orders.

 

Note: Custom made items, like letters, cake toppers can not be returned, no exceptions.

A. This depends on your location, but we ship all standard items within 2 days, custom made items take 5 to 7 days to ship.

 

Q. Can I return my order if it does not match my expectations?

A. Yes, we want all our customers to be pleased with their order, see the returning conditions for more details.

 

Q. I can not finish and pay my order, what to do?

A. Please send us a email at klantenservice@toois.nl and tell us what went wrong, we will guide you trough the payment process.

A. Use the unique code that you find on the gift card when paying for your order.
